Trust me you don't. The building was normal, but then they built another building in front of it, so the entrance moved to the back. Now it is split in two. therefore my apt is -2 floors down. The house never gets any direct sun. in the pic is the only time any direct sun touches the balcony. it is from May-september from 12:30-14:00. The rock opposite it is to blame. It also cuts any wind to come in so it's a bitch to air out and clothes need to be outside for at least three days to dry. It was only 13,000 euro tho and I will probably, hopefully, find someone else to rent it out after me.
