let everything grow in and as your moustache and chin outgrow your cheeks use an adjustable electric trimmer with a dial or a wheel to trim all the hair down to the same length. as you continue to do this, the rest of your facial hair will catch up. it won't fill in as well as the rest but some patchy under-control stubble on the face with a stronger moustache and chin is a very common look. plus some hairs will grow in that you've never given time to as you've been shaving them off in their infancy
