Why you ask? Ok here goes:
An uninformed and poorly exercised mind might say this is rude and a waste of time to post. At a surface glance this would be fairly obvious. The poster replied with something that is completely and utterly useless to the topic, or is it? What this commenter has actually done is much more noble and succinct. Why? Let me explain. While there are countless styles and make of brown boots or black pants that is also the point. Why should you strive to copy in fashion? Think about it. Nobody has the exact same body shape, frame, height, weight, and other discrepancies that make copying the fit of a picture idiotic, and, frankly pointless. Even knowing the models height and weight is just a start. To add on, that isn't even the worst part. Fashion is an expression of freedom and personality. Humans are the only animals that dress to the extent of this. Create, be inspired, collaborate, you will be rewarded. Clothes can be functional. In this regard a poster should be more helpful. Knowing the specifications of a tool allow the user to make informed purchasing decisions. But in a thread like this, where the goal and takeaway is fashion-oreinted, use these pictures as inspiratation first and foremost. Thank you.

Low quality wool is scratchy, good quality wool is not (especially when blended with cashmere). That being said, all wool gets softer every time you wash it.

Like whole outfit or just jacket? I like the outfit on the left, but the pants on the right. Also I like the outfit on the left because I'm blonde hair/blue eyes, but that earthy green works better on that guy since he has brown hair, and either brown or hazel eyes. Also the corduroy shirt is an earth tone and would look great with the green jacket as well. I also always liked contrasting corduroy collars like on the green jacket. Thickness and materials is also a factor.

Anyone know fits to make a fur coat not look cheap and tacky? All I can find is fur coats that are worth more than my car and ones that look like a $20 carpet with sleeves. I really like the casual fit in pic related, if anyone has more like it then please post.

Cheap fur/faux fur coats look like trash. Good fur coats are incredibly expensive and getting more expensive every year. That's why they're a status symbol.

Be smart and don't get either. Skip fur coats altogether and get a nice wool overcoat that 1) has a better cost-to-quality ratio, 2) drapes just as well and looks luxurious, and 3) will last you a much longer time and stand up to the winter weather.
