"Feminine" what a loathsome word. It has no application where "womanish" or "womanly" wouldn't be less confusing. Men have historically dressed in dainty, delicate ways before and it wasn't considered womanish, but in fact quite manly.

Accessorize, be decorative. Something as simple as shoes decorated with a little bow-tie can give you what you're looking for.
