For the belt just get any brown leather belt, for the shirt just any standard plaid shirt of that color, jeans can just be regular Levi's or whatever. You can get these anywhere, ebay, thrift store, doesn't really matter.

The jacket is a Harrington jacket, and if anything this is the one you want to spend the most money on, it's basically the key to the look. Make sure it fits, the sleeves can't be too long or too short, body should fit just right, etc. There are plenty of brands that make these at all different prices.

The sunglasses can be found at any glasses/sunglasses store. The boots may be a bit harder to find depending on your area, but there are decent cowboy boots sold new for $80 or so, and thrift stores might have some if you live in the southwest or somewhere like that.
