Well I was really looking for Eau Sauvage, but I got the Parfum thinking it was just a beefed up version of it. When I realized my mistake I ordered the EDT and fell in love with it, while the Parfum just didn't work on my skin somehow, it felt too talcum powdery or something and didn't capture my imagination. It seemed like a waste to let that juice sit on my shelf when others love it so much.

This is the best example yet of a perfume that I dismissed at first but then loved. I plan on buying it, but I don't know which version to buy. I have a official Luckyscent sample of the Parfum cologne, and I have a spray vial sample just marked Enigma. I sprayed on the "mystery" one tonight and love it. Whatever this is, I want this one. It left a heavily oily spot on my arm for a long time. Is it safe to assume that this is the parfum version? Also, does anyone know what the percentage concentration is for his parfum line? It's so much more expensive per ml, and I don't want to waste my money.

Personally, I own the cologne, and the (now discontinued) EDP. The cologne is lighter and more airy and has a much more prominent vetiver note. I like that it’s light enough to wear during summer. The EDP and Parfum are essentially identical, though the Parfum lasts longer (which is unnecessary, since I get 10-12 hours out of the EDP), but the EDP projects better. The Parfum/EDP is much smoother, boozier, and creamier. Too heavy for summer in my opinion, but it’s the best boozy-oriental on the market. As far as I’m concerned. Enigma EDP may be my favorite frag ever. Don’t worry if you can’t find the EDP, though, the Parfum is basically the same, just more expensive.

If you’re only getting one, I’d recommend the Parfum, but the Cologne is very snice too. They’re fairly different, and can be worn for different occasions.

Yeah, Roja is an interesting house. They definitely have frags that are not to my liking at all, and some I think are overpriced for what they are, but there are some absolute gems too. Try A Midsummer Dream if you can find it too. Very interesting soapy-floral-spicy-woody-smoky-citrusy sort of thing. Very hard to explain, but I love it.
