Recommendations for my next watch? Must have no date, bonus is it's a hand wind.

I'm thinking:
Stowa Flieger 36mm or 40mm
Stowa Martin 36 small seconds

I have the new hked thin hands in the post (rebuy)

Will probably trade the seamaster for a reverso sometime in the next 10 months.

Thinking of maybe putting the texas instruments eatch on a band like this. I kinda like the look. I'll also try to track down a clasp slider for the bracelet. The light on it doesn't work either, i don't know if it's due to the battery or if it's something else

not him but I also have a casio shitter collection and I am very partial to the AE1200 and DW5610
DW5610 is just the square, which is perfect, but with so much more. it has no extraneous functions and is a great value. the world time has such a unique aesthetic, it's like the perfect blend of whimsical and retro but still good looking with the square shape and little map but it's perfectly proportioned, has tons of functionality you grow to like over the f91w like being able to turn off the button noise, 2 LEDs, multiple timezones, etc. but it never feels too big. it's an amazing value

For analog it has to be the MTP-1246D-7AVDF. I love the look and feel of it and the little subdials, the size is nice too at 38.5mm. For digital it's really hard to pick. I love the 5610 because it's more accurate than a phone and never need a new battery. I love the dbc611 in gold because of all the neat little features like calculator and phone book packed into a stylish little case. My other favorite is the db 380 because it's more obscure cool looking digital watch, haven't seen anyone with one. I really like the gimmick of the phonebook in it and the features
like 5 alarms and countdown timer and stopwatch which I all use fairly often. Really like having dual time on all of these because I have relatives in a different timezone and it makes it easier to keep track of the time so I don't accidentally call them at 3am

I have, you'd be best off searching for the watchuseek thread which has masses of info and every conceivable mod.
Also http://www.stefanv.com/watches/black-lagoon-an-homage-to-the-tudor-heritage-black-bay.html is a decent write-up of a mod and very useful step by step stuff.
I changed a lot of mine, filed off the Invicta branding on the case, filed off the crown guards (you have to remove the crown tube to do that, very tricky), filed off the Invicta logo on the crown and bracelet clasp, replaced the dial and hands with Dagaz ones, changed the bezel insert, put in a domed crystal, rebrushed the bracelet to get rid of the polished centres, the result isn't really anything special but I enjoyed doing the mod and it was fun making it exactly how I wanted it to look.
The only problem is that I did this 5 years ago when I paid £40 for the watch, don't think I'd have bothered if it cost much more.

The air volume that would go into the watch is so small, you’d need a real précis pressure gauge and pressure supply.

no? you can literally buy watches at $10 now
in the past rolex was an affordable treat for the average person.

The daytona was just $350 when it came out. Accounting for inflation that same $350 would be $2125 in todays money.

now its unrealistically unobtainable by most thanks to rolex's artificial scarcity and just a wankfest

Using the inflation argument isn't a valid one. They are no longer cheap tool watches but luxury goods. If you know your history that's how the Swiss watch industry survived the quartz crisis. there are a couple reasons but they all relate to it being a pretender. it's not a real milgauss, it's a re-dialed oyster perpetual. it has no tool watch credentials, it is LARPing. its magnetic resistance is also pathetic when you compare it to something like omega's new co-axial master movement which is many times more antimagnetic but crammed into a bunch of watches that don't even advertise it. the milgauss is fake heritage bullshit like all of rolex. in fact, it exemplifies it. the watch looks alright, but past the surface level everything about it is pathetic and fake as fuck.

Of course this is an exaggeration but I can't think of more than three totally new platforms- in mechanical watches - since the cold war ended. Sure Rolex are maybe a bit more lazy with innovating their product stack compared to the industry average but nobody is forcing you to get a Rolex. Mechanical watchmaking is a backwards business and history is the most important factor together with craftsmanship if you still want to market and therefore sell your watches.
