Will such a shitty aliexpress nato-adaptor fit my g-shock, even when it's not in that list? Springbar is 16mm, obviously, and it seems similar enough, but I'm wondering if there are any pitfalls to be expected.
Also, my dear watch homos, are there any printed natos that are not totally homo? Like Hawayii shirt prints or classic paisley? Also would help if they're not the bottom $1-$2 tier. Those work, but they fray too easily, so I'd like to upgrade.

ive bought those cheap printed natos before and they are extremely bad

the rings dont sit well, and the fabric is not breathable, and it just feels flimsy in comparison to the normal equally bottom tier natos. That's weird. I got some $1.20 or something ones, and they're the cheapest I ever found, and they're actually quite decent, so I fiugred approx. $4 and printed ought to be similar. Maybe you just got bad luck? I mean, it seems kinda hard to fuck up somehting that simple as a nato strap.

alternatively, if you really want to be a true watch aficionado, you can hunt for vintage Poljots on ebay. These were ultraslim watches made in the 70s in the soviet union, with golden movements and higher quality than the normal wares. Good or NOS examples regularly pop up under or around $100 on ebay. But you have to be very careful and check the movement inside though. And forget about sellers who dont have a 100% score

Theres also the Timex Marlin reissue. 34mm. Its quite acceptable at $200ish imho. but does not have an inhouse movement and is powered by a modified seagull inside.

This article explains it better than I could.
https://www.casio-intl.com/asia/en/news/2020/0319_mrg-b2000sh/
> The aged feel was reproduced by using special dies based on the sand dies by casting artisan Masanao Kikuchi. Additionally, the bezel and band are finished with layers of brown and blue ion plating (IP) to create the rugged look of rusted steel and the look of the navy blue ito odoshi* used in the Shougeki-Maru kabuto, respectively.

Casio makes some very polarizing design, but you cannot fault them for not trying.

I'm not annoyed that they say it, but telling me they have some idiomatic use for "must" doesn't explain what they mean when they say it. the English word must means an obligation. you must breathe oxygen or die. you must do your homework. there is the word "musty" which is a moldy or damp smell. so you would hardly want to name your perfume that.
"le" means the, but it can be used to indicate the whole or idea of something. j'aime la femme doesn't mean i love the woman, it means i love all women or the idea of women.
so I don't understand what "le must" means here. "obligations?" how is this idiom used in context?

I want to buy a new watch because my current cheapo (quartz if that matters) one stops working in the mountains at around 1500 meters altitude and that's annoying. Is there a specific type of thing I should be looking at? Like a function it has to have or a specific type of watch? different authorities are going to differ in derivations, pic related.
my larger point is
A) the gauls, franks, angles and saxons all came to the word "must" from the latin "mustum" neuter of "mustus": "new". but only in the sense of winemaking.
B) winemaking jargon is used mostly in that industry. until today, I had never heard of the word "must" in that context. it may as well be french.
3) we can argue about the origin of the word but it doesn't explain if this cologne is supposed to refer to wine, musk, or some sort of "obligation" to the svengali-like allure of the scent because the faggot frog surrender-monkey keeps bickering about minutia instead of answering the question I have clearly posed 3 times now.

Never heard of such a thing. That shouldn’t be happening! Currently using a mechanical, but don’t remember my g-shock having any issues when climbing or hiking.

Can’t say much about this case, but in general, if a store on AliExpress says “official” it can mean anything, ranging from “official” to “we try to not sell you fakes” to “lol, we just wrote this in our store name, because no one cares”

I love this color scheme.

*it's illegal to import as a distributor/intent to re-sell.

For a private citizen purchasing for personal use you just need to declare. Watchbuys can't do it, but you can.
