Try out clothing pieces that bring attention to your waistline.
Flared skirts and dresses with waist belts give the illusion of wider hips which balance out wide shoulders. For shirts, stick to deep cut necklines, fitted long-sleeved sweaters, and stay away from structured boxy shirts like the one you're wearing.

For your shoulders, you should try wearing oversized sweaters, jackets and tee shirts; pick something with the "shoulder seam" hitting your arm instead of your shoulder. With oversized sweater, you can also hide your hands a bit.

For your lack of waist, try high waisted bf/mom jeans. Lucky for you, wide leg pants like pic related are back in fashion for women; "flaring" pants look good on rectangle bodies.
