You should eat a little more, alcohol calories don't "count" in the same way calories from other sources do (as long as you're sticking to straight alcohol like spirits and negligible mixers anyway). The body can't convert it into body fat, it prioritises burning it off right away.

Don't think about bmi. It also depends on what you want. I'm >>15337001 at around 19 bmi and used to be much higher. Losing weight won't cure your psychological or personality problems. I'm at a point now where I've had more sexual partners than I can remember, despite not having an amazing body, but zero serious long term relationships. I'm also a bit aspie. What helped me a ton was a combination of therapy and working at a restaurant. Working at a restaurant will force you to have a strong work ethic, improve your communication with coworkers and, most importantly, learn how to charm people. If you live in a rural area, idk, but if you're in or near a city, find some social group. Another good thing about restaurants actually is that it's mostly youngish employees so you could make friends with them potentially.

I've lost 85lbs through fasting but I had to stop doing multi day fasts because I started taking a medication that I need to take daily with food.
