Oh look. This thread again. All you can try is minoxidil. Purchase a generic brand for very low cost, 5% solution and apply it once daily.

People have inactivated hair follicles of their face and that can put them into a growing phase. Unlike the hair on your head when you use it, once facial hair is activated it will continue to grow after you stop the minoxidil. 3-6 months of daily usage and you should in a lot of cases see a large improvement.

The only negatives are your skin might be a bit itchy in the area after applying it, you can wash an hour later though and it will be fine and it could end up a little dry. Of course that will be gone once you stop using it, but it's really unlikely if yous tick to once a day usage.

That's it. There is no other magic wand. Oh yeah, apart from a beard transplant.

I have experimented with nutrition how to become hairier:
Fish oil/omega 3 is important
High amounts of high quality protein, like Steak or liver and from different animals, preferably eaten along with Vitamin D, this also tends to give you a decent amount of minerals ie not too much unless you eat a lot of organ food
Also Eggs in proximity to bed time(the blood carrying nutrients flow more easily to your head when lying down) this is much too efficent and makes me scared of an abscess or tumor.
Don't lift, do cardio.

It all takes places over a decent amount of time though, months.

That's a shitty pic next time use a flash and cover only your eyes. I had the same "problem" which some consider a blissing because a stubble + stache combo is coveted because it combines the manliness of a beard and the youthful touch that a non-connecting moustache gives (pic related). Your satche will eventually connect to your beard (which is a bad outcome imo) or goatee but it will take time and the hairs won't be as strong and dark as the rest which is what I'm personally dealing with right now but they're slowly getting darker and stronger. Just give it time.
