There is no such thing as effay or secy underwear for men. Women don't care what you look like in underwear, they just like how you're dressed. The closest thing you can wear to effay or sexy underwear is if it's

I've suggested it before, and I'll say it again: go to your local discount stores (Marshalls, Ross, TJ/K Maxx, Burke's, Bloomington, etc) and go through the underwear section. Get anything that sparks your interest. There's generally a variety of brands and styles (even jock-straps and sometimes a thong) so you can try out different stuff at a price cheaper than pretty much anywhere else. Also be sure to wash your undies before trying them on the first time. Also if you want freer legs (and you find standard briefs too diapery) try out sport/string bikini briefs. They're basically jockstraps, but with butt coverage.
