I don't think you can expect to be thin from these stats not to mention you shouldn't bother with numbers so much.

Last year at my lowest I was something around 53 kg and it didn't look - even though I ran marathons and cut calories I wasn't toned at all and it was just unappealing to look at.

Now even though I am around 56kg I look much better thanks to mild calisthenics, OMADing combined with what I've been doing already (1,5h daily bike commute + running average 50km/week). It's scary how much it takes for some people to see the tiniest bit of change.

It depends how extreme your cheat day is. Yeah obviously if you're doubling the amount of food you normally have it's not going to help. But having a little leeway once a week isn't going to make you start binging.

I've let myself go about half a year ago and gained alot of weight, mostly from binging after drinking and the drinking itself. 4 weeks ago I stopped drinking any alcohol and started to exclusively drink liquid food replacement. The first week and a half was terrible even though I had pretty high caloric intake, probably because my body was getting used to lower carb intake (constant dizzyness, constant drinking-pissing, constant headache). After that it got pretty good so I started to lower daily caloric intakes. Nowadays I eat(drink) 400-600 cal and I'm at least functional at work.

Like I drank 1,5l of it at work, then came home and was energetic untill midnight when I went to sleep. Every other day on this diet I'm usually pretty tired and sluggish and go to sleep pretty soon. Even though I drink alot of coffee.
Maybe the aspartame tricks the body into thinking it ingested sugar and it stops trying to conserve energy?

I literally drink a teaspoon of loSalt (50% potassium 50% sodium) the second I wake up every morning, have felt a lot better since I started doing it.
