They are both cheap watches made mostly out of chinese parts, but so are plenty of $4k+ "swiss made" watches.

If you can get one for $350 do it. If they ate up around $450-$500 don't. The 033 is nice but the 6r15 movement is known to be finicky. Lots of complaints online about reliability issues with it.
