Carrot soup is where it's at guys. It's just carrots and a bunch of other veggies with spices and broth (or water I honestly can't tell the difference by the end).

you just roast up your carrots in the oven, when they're almost done add the spices and other veggies like celery and onion to a pot with a lil oil. Add your carrots and liquid and simmer the fuck outta it then blend till smooth.

Wham bam those carrot sticks/celery feel filling and also appear to be an actual meal. I can eat a decent bowl of it for only 250 cal. Best part is it's almost unbingeable because it's like trying to binge on water or oatmeal

not everyone wears weight the same way, that's why some girls look really good at 5'4 and 110lbs while others need to take it much further.

Shorter folks are not just miniature, resized versions of tall people. It's not like a person 20% shorter than you has a 20% lighter skull or bones 20% thinner. They can achieve lower weights but this doesn't mean its the exact same ratio or extent as taller people.

A head almost always weighs between 10-11lbs no matter the height/weight. You can't diet a head away, so shorter people have a higher part of their weight taken up by this and other bits like organs an' shit.

Unless you have huge fat organs or a head the size a watermelon you have potential to lose more weight than your shorter anon counterparts due to everybody having the same sized vital bits. pic related, she's 5'4 and 115lbs

In order to get a good looking body, you need to actually use your muscles to balance out their appearance. No. You can build muscle while losing weight. This is a stupid body builder myth. You only need a surplus to build muscle at optimal rates, or if your muscles are already very trained. You will still build muscle if you're in a deficit, it will just go slower, and you wont recover as well. Also, love handles are the last thing to go on a lot of people. They're shrinking if your weight is going down, it will just take time. Make sure you're getting zinc and magnesium so your hormones stay in the right range. Also, check your posture. If your chest is caved in, or your back isn't straight, then your love handles will be more noticeable. Lastly, you can also try a sweat band which may help tighten the skin and improve blood flow/metabolism around your waist. There is a little bit of evidence showing that these can work.

Did you know that babies are in ketosis? All the carbs from breast milk get burned off super quickly because of how quickly the baby is growing.
Keto flu only exists because after several decades of only using glucose for energy your body doesn't bother building cells that are capable of burning fat for energy anymore, after you get past the adaptation period (I.e the cells develop more mitochrondria) it becomes a lot easier to go on extended fasts and restrict super heavily and vice versa

The other half of keto flu is because the body flushes out electrolytes when its insulin drops rapidly (i.e someone stops eating carbs), the same thing happens when someone goes from ketosis into glycosis rapidly. I'm pretty sure that humans who've been in ketosis their entire life (some paleoethic era humans, eskimo tribes) would have a concept of "carb-flu"
