Most people in my area are only a couple inches taller than me, and I grow a good mustache and goatee, but I can't grow a full beard yet (no filling in around the cheeks), but many guys are only able to grow a full beard later on in their lives. I think anything under 32 in length is a pain to find that are actually both fit well and are of nice quality, I remember when I was younger it being a pain.
My best advice is to find somewhere online whos jeans you know fit well and keep buying from there.
