The clothes are already basically obtainable pretty easily in modern times. I see dark denim trousers, a light blue striped work shirt, possibly chambray, and a telescopic crowned cowboy hat with a leather band, which isn't that difficult to buy, either, provided that you are ready to pay a good amount of money for a decent quality fur felt hat, either off-the-shelf or custom-made. The vest or waistcoat is of a leather shearling variety, which isn't a common type of vest, and it would stylistically look like an outlier according to modern conventions, but it looks warm and comfortable. The poncho or serape is more difficult to carry on with, though, without a weather condition which justifies it more, due to its unusual appearance, especially for a man of a non-Hispanic background. If you really want to add that, go ahead. In fact, I had even seen a Mexican American college guy wear one, at times, and it seemed to suit him. He was aiming for traditional Mexican style elements, combined with modern. To wear one of those and be seen as authentic, it probably helps much to be of a Hispanic/Mestizo ethnic background from Central or South America.
