See, being sleazy isn't about wearing tracksuits and hawaiian shirts. It's a vibe. You know the pic of the guy smoking at the gas station. He's wearing a regular suit. One of you guys could wear his exact same outfit and you wouldn't be sleazy. You'd just look like punk kids who are trying too hard, let me explain.

It's not the clothes that makes him sleaze, it's how he wears it, it's his vibe; he has his chest visible, his hair is slightly disheveled, his shirt untucked, but at the same time, this is contrasted with his business suit and aspirational 14% car, implying that he makes money, but at the same time, he looks reprobate because he is intentionally breaking dress-code and social norms by smoking at a gas station. You wonder how this guy can afford his nouveau riche lifestyle without adhering to common social conventions, and therefore he must make his money in morally unscrupulous ways. You can tell this by his intentional faux-pas of smoking at the gas station; it's not enough to simply smoke or do something. Think of Cosmo Kramer, another sleazy character. He makes money in unconventional ways. Usually resorts to scamming or ridiculous schemes like collecting deposits on cans on an industrial scale. He too smokes, but he doesn't just smoke a cigarette. He makes a statement; he smokes either a giant cigar, or a pipe, to be sleazy is to exaggerate your vices and thereby turn them into virtues.
