I always wear boxers and put my dick to the side. I find putting it straight forward like this is uncomfortable for me. I'm pretty similar. I can hide mine if I wear regular boxers that squish everything down but if I wear supportive stuff I definitely show a noticeable bulge.. I wear normal fit jeans or slacks with untucked shirts or sweaters and I think the top kind of distracts and breaks things up so that helps too. The big thing, though, is just to get used to the fact that you're showing bulge and not worry about it, if you're not drawing attention to it most people won't notice, in my case the only people I've ever noticed looking and reacting were women and I've never seen any sign they had a problem with it, in fact the ones I've seen obviously notice and react to it have gotten more friendly.
