Bodybuilders are quite literally pro dieters even they don't stay super lean all year round because it's simply not sustainable, and those that try to often end up breaking down and gaining a fuckton of weight rapidly (see Stephanie Buttermore), a similar thing probably happened to you, 16 bmi is too little, 20 bmi is probably too much, your sustainable lowest weight is probably somewhere in the middle.

I started to up my fiber intake because I freak the fuck out when I don't feel like I've gotten rid of everything I eat, but I think I started eating too much fiber and I can't shit and I don't want to be some laxative addict.
Otherwise, I just drink a lot of probiotic green tea and only really eat two meals a day, no snacks. Did a 36 hr fast recently and felt super weak but now I feel better because it aided in the loss of quarantine weight gain. Just been doing light exercise at home as well.
Quarantine is driving me insane though because I took a lot of fitness classes and wanted to start proper training. Sigh

It depends how fit you are. I was like that when I started but nowadays I run 10km every day and burn ~600kcal before the day's even started, I hated doing cardio at first but now I love it because of how easy it's become

resistance training is also a really good idea for fatloss, you burn between 1/4th-1/2th the calories but your muscles will passively "leach" calories from your fat cells in order to grow, leading to lower bodyfat and more muscle overtime (this is called recomposition), on top of that the muscles need more energy to be maintained, thus raising your metabolism

I tried to fix my anorexia. I forced myself to eat a lot to get rid of my serious underweight. I gained some kilos, now I feel the regret. Should I just give up and start losing the excess biomass again? I'm probablly at 65+ kg now with 189 cm. I hate my body.

losing 4kgs is very achievable, and most importantly you can keep it off if you just make a gradual shift in portion sizes. Best tip is to eat the bulk of your calories in the morning for breakfast, then less for lunch, and then little for dinner. Just keep doing this you'll find your appetite will grow naturally lower. Also do a little bit of basic cardio if you can. You want your body to react like this weight drop is normal for it, or else you'll just gain the 4kgs again.

Because you're focusing too much on some sort of imaginary 'diet' rather than normal food that is less complex and more nutritious. You don't have to 'focus' you need to detox your body from these addictive foods that you indulge in but are empty in calories and pumping you full of processed sugars and fats that go straight to your stomach.
Just start by reassessing your meals and getting rid of 'easy' food. Buy oats, frozen berries and almond milk for breakfast (if u NEED sweetness use a bit of honey instead of sugar) buy some regular grains and veg and start cooking for yourself.
