Maybe. For starts, don’t pluck your eyebrows so far apart. If they’re naturally far apart, fill them in slightly closer together. It’ll make your nose look smaller. Lose weight (if you need to! Can’t tell if youre actually fat or just baby faced). If you’re still not happy, see if there’s a doc in your area who’s very good at lip fillers (look at their instagram portfolio) and try that. Bigger lips will balance out your nose and its cheaper and nonpermanent if you dont like it.
Rhinoplasty only if none of this is sufficient.
