Getting fat makes me so anxious I feel like killing myself. Being hungry is not a bad thing if you still have any weight to lose. You should probably feel hungry a decent amount if you are doing it right, because you are eating at calorie deficit. Going around constantly full of food is not a natural state. It’s perfectly ok to strive to stay at the low end of your healthy weight range.

Fasting safely. There are several ways. Here’s one way. A water fast.
Don’t eat or drink anything but water. Drink alkaline water OR water with lemon, whichever you prefer but not both. If fasting longer than 48 hours and you have brain fog, headache etc, then replace electrolytes with some kind of sugar free option (SF Gatorade, sports drink, Mio etc) or drink small amounts of home-prepped Snake Juice. Re-feed with a low carb protein and veg meal every few days. Only eat until ‘not hungry’ and never more than 500 cal total in one sitting/meal every few days. Yeah I have some PM fat burners with melatonin and 5-htp. Nothing really seems counteract the energy drinks I compulsively consume when fasting. My co-workers were emptying out another ex-worker's locker and there was a full energy drink in there, which I drank immediately with zero thought behind the action. So I was trying to show myself that it is OK to gain weight, and that I will be fine even after gaining a kilo or two, so I was eating a lot of shit this weekend. So far, no problem, but now I'm starting to feel like I will be fasting a few days although that is not what I should be doing. Shit. I already know I'm gonna relapse.
