I keep a super regimented skincare routine. The mentality with rosacea is that there is no cure so you need to manage it as best you can in a holistic way by minimising any chance of a flare up. Acne eventually goes away, make sure to wash your face properly twice a day, moisturize properly and if its not too much work change your pillow covers as frequently as possible (every day, every two days).
