Thought I'd post my katahdins after I hit them with some saphir. They're five years old at least now, I reckon. I actually sized wrong on these and I think it is apparent, but I wear thick socks almost exclusively, and I just put in a thicker insole.

They pretty much only get worn now when it is gonna be cold and wet outside and I don't wanna salt stain my nicer leather boots. I think they've aged pretty well though, shame they apparently gimped the quality.

They're called Harness boots, it seems, after some research. Apparently made by Frye or Durango in the US. But the exact model I wear is called "botte sudiste", unfortunately I can't recall the name of the manufacturer. Only difference though is that the sole is perhaps a little thicker.
