20 is not that late, you'll be fine. I mean mine started growing at 13, full beard at 15, now 21. Having a beard is nice because everyone thinks you're older than you really are, but shaving and maintaining it sucks.

There re only 3 types of people wearing beard here: homeless/lower class, religious(muslims,orthodox) and hipsters wearing flannel shirts and work books(looks dated in 2019)
There're like 90% popular and successful people(youtubers, rappers, oligarchs, politicians) are clen shaven while other 10% wearing short beards or moustache.

I’m 28 and I’ve gotten some growth just in the past year after having nothing at all. I’ve got a lot of the clear baby hairs everywhere too so I donno maybe in a year or two I’ll have something. Better late than never I guess, but don’t lose hope
