Post pics or just brag about any designer/luxury stuff you own. What is the experience like? I only own mall tier clothes and accessories, the most expensive thing I have are $95 adidas sneakers

i know this is going to sound like poorfag cope, but 90% of the time not worth it. theres just no reason for an item of clothing to cost as much as these brands demand

I’ll hop in on this.

I have a nice watch - a Rolex submariner. While it’s undoubtably nice, and sure to last me a long time, it’s not anything anybody has noticed or complimented me on in person.

If you’re out there to flex, start with other things before you go all in on watches.

youre paying for design, think of it like art.

I am more like for things I can use for the rest of my life than flex, so no big logos or over the top designs, but that's maybe poorfag mentality as well

Buying expensive shit isn’t the transformative experience you think it will be. Although I still feel slightly smug when wearing my Gucci loafers.

>> No.14846884

I own A.P.C, Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, Longchamps, Acne, Coach, Canada Goose, Replica Common projects
Not designer stuff, but some of the pricer stuff is notably of better quality. What I do is put alert for brands I'd want to get on my country's Craiglist

My dad is making me a nice chrono with a Valjoux 7750, I picked up a clockface I liked a few days ago. Can't wait to have a good looking watch

I bought a pair of gucci sneakers for about 400. Wish I didn't could've bought a full fit with decent brands with that money.

It depends on the label and the piece. Some designers have legitimately unique stuff that you can't find anywhere else and if someone genuinely loves how something looks and can afford to drop however much on it then why not? However I agree that some clothes should not cost anywhere near as much as they do i.e Half of what Balenciaga sell

I own a Maison Margiela 3 piece suit. It needs to be tailored still but I like it

fits better on someone who's got a body like model and feels better,

It’s nice but you can get the same feeling from finding cheap clothing that you really like

From your pic, so far i've only owned Saint Laurent, Ralph Lauren, Versace, Kering brands sunglasses, Tom Ford, and that's mostly accessories.

Unless you live that life (i don't), there's no point in wearing luxury brands.

If you're not rich you think about the price too much.
And that's not /fa/ at all you just become a consooomer in search for a dopamine binge.
Buy in your price range, focus on quality and design.
