I do believe the vest actually have a great usefulness behind them. What I was saying is the ones that wear the imitation vests that are being sold now are retarded. I mean most of the time if they're wearing any vest they're going to look retarded but at least they can be shot at and have a chance of surviving.

Also in the US it's illegal for felons to own bulletproof vests. So the gangbangers can still be brought down with less effort
