I can't really give you a recommendation as in a piece itself, but start thinking about your outfits as a single piece being supported by a framework of the other pieces.
What you're doing right now is building a solid scaffolding. You're great at construction which is why your fits aren't bad, but they're missing something on top.
Start by finding one single piece that makes you think "this is sick but I don't know what would go with it", then test your already quite good sense of composition and style to build an outfit that supports that piece. Post it here, get rated, and continue to develop that sense.
It doesn't need to be bright and flashy per se, but it's often easier to start with loud statement pieces and build a fit that goes up underneath it.
