For the past month I've been trying to maintain my weight and I haven't been having a good day, whenever I eat at my TDEE (which I keep telling myself I should do) I feel like absolute shit, other days I just decide to skip a meal or two which then causes me to feel like shit because I'm not losing weight quick enough. I also just realised that I would've hit my ultimate goal weight a few days ago if I had stuck to my previous diet

I've decided that I'm just not happy being 18.5 BMI, I need to lose more weight before I can maintain it and be happy, I'm going to start fasting over the weekends (5:2 without the 500kcal allowance each day) so I still have enough energy to study on the week days. Ultimate goal BMI is 17, wish me luck frens, hopefully I should reach it by new years

I started drinking a fuckton of water a day, mixing in rice with my evening chili to cut the calories, swapped from sips to coffee for mornings, and swapped off alcohol for decaf coffee in the evenings. Aside from the water, I started doing this all about a week ago, and I regularly hike/walk trails (say twice, maybe 3 times a week) for exercise. I've noticed some slimming but I cannot make a claim for anything long term.
I'd recommend getting a coffee maker you really like so you use it more because it can be the perfect morning/evening drink to swap from garbage.

Just found out I have PCOS, which has been contributing to issues I've had losing weight. Be rail thin, for a while, then eat for a bit, get a bit fat even, but then be rail thin, or just thin. Fast for a month instead of eating at a low deficit. Eating like that will fuck your metabolism up and you'll probably just lose muscle, water fasting will not give the same effects.
