the greenish jacket and khaki (?) pants don't go well together. The blue tie kind clashes with the greenish jacket. I'm not sure if it's actually greenish but it looks that way on the photo. I believe ties should only be worn on formal outfits, and this i believe is supposed to be a casual outfit. I can't think of a setting where this outfit is appropriate. You also look like you're larping as a much older person, but this dressy outfit look silly on you, you're dressed like some wacky retiree.
If you really want to dress "business casual" or something I'd recommend you ditch the jacket and the tie and just wear a shirt and a sweater. The sweater can be some fancy color if you're into that but try to pick a color that won't clash with anything else you're wearing.
