Judging by what you're wearing, you're trying to pull of a late 70s/early 80s look.

The trousers look too low cut for that, try finding trousers with higher waist. And the blouse makes you look fatter than you are, maybe a slimmer fit would be appropriate, also with less busy pattern

Alright seriously not just trying to be mean but you won’t look /fa at that weight, and you’ll feel a lot better if your slimmer and healthier too, you don’t have to go crazy thinspo smelly mode or anything just lose like 30-40 pounds and you’ll be great. Like imagine going to the butcher and buying 30 pounds of meat and having to carry around all the time, than getting rid of it, it really will change your life, 20 pounds made an absurd difference in my life. Maybe try keto and intermittent fasting it actually works surprisingly. Anyway the actual fit also is in offensive but could be improved in a lot of ways. For one thing you really shouldn’t wear open heels with tight pants, and patent leather in particular is much too fancy for jeans, high heel boots on the other hand can be fine. The bag also makes it look like your trying to appear richer than you are, no one believes that’s real snakeskin, a more simple bag in plain top grain leather will seriously project a wealthier and more tasteful image. The jeans are much too tight and generally that wash and fit are very commonplace and uninteresting, the belt should go in the belt loops and if you wear black shoes you should wear a black belt, especially patent leather shoes, the buckle is not bad and I actually think a bigger buckle would be gaudier and worse. The print on the shirt is very busy and not particularly interesting or flattery and the shiny synthetic blend makes is look cheap. The coat really can be thrown away, a fur coat is one of the most obvious and iconic status symbols out their, which makes a cheap polyester imitation a very clear attempt and again looking richer than you are. The jewelry is also pretty bland and you should stick to one bracelet and only on fancier occasions. Makeup however is tasteful and on point.
Sorry if this is harsh, seriously good look with losing weight and everything, you’ve got potential.

I honestly think the jeans are the issue. To me, that saturated blue color screams cheap and isn’t very flattering on anyone. I think if you were to get some sort of casual slacks in an earth tone that aren’t super skinny, it would look complimentary. Otherwise pretty good :)
