It's definitely dry. The problem is if I don't shampoo every other day I get bad dandruff. I went 3 weeks once, the texture was better and there wasn't excess oil after the first week or so but the dandruff was terrible and embarrassing. I honestly kinda like the courseness yours has now though, you could prob grow it a little more into a low key white fro with the sides tapered, it really doesnt look bad as is. But if you really want a smoother texture try combing argon oil or shea in the morning while its still wet and just washing it out the next day, in my experience it still has most of the moisturizing effect.

It sounds like you're using the wrong kind of product. It's probably sumotech in most of these pics. If not it might be talcum powder or hair wax. If you try those and the amount of product you have to put in still winds up glossing/weighing down, then it means their hair is just thicker/wirier so they can have their hair up more.

Female, how do I tell if bangs will suit my face? I had them once in middle school but they were wispy (not what I wanted) and I'd like something more like pic related: bottom left. I have a minor cleft chin, I think somewhat masculine jawline for a girl (though no one has said that to me so maybe I'm delusional). Work some black castor oil through your hair when its still wet from the shower, and pat-dry. You have curly hair so embrace that, get some moisture in it to form ringlets. Try not to touch your hair or break/separate the rings.

Its nice if you grow your hair out and do this also. You have great hair, just gotta figure out what it wants. Trust me!

Hey man- we look like we could have similar genetics. I had fairly bad skin until recently. I started massaging my face using a little bit of olive oil. It seems counter-intuitive, but it almost completely cleared ANY acne in less than a week. I also use teatree oil as an astringent on my face after i shave. I think a big part of it is massaging the face and getting the blood flowing through skin, to help flush out impurities that are caught up.

Option 2. Go to a god damned barber and they'll give you a high and tight and line up your beard, you'll look 100x better

Personal advice from a longhair/beard guy: Your hair doesn't have a lot of volume because it's straight. Buy some sea salt spray from the drugstore to add texture and volume, or, if you're going with a short haircut, invest in some pomade.

For the beard, get it trimmed, and tell the stylist if you want to keep it long and just tidy it up, or cut it short

Have almost identical hair to you anon just thicker and darker. Cut the parts you don't care about shorter, if you like your bangs tell the guy you want them cut to your eyebrow or a bit lower. If you don't like them then you can cut the extra length off yourself. I'm not sure your process of getting your hair cut but my idea is that I cut until a certain length where I feel comfortable.
