What are some smaller size divers for a 6.25 wrist?

preferably quartz, ideally solar too

why are a lot of Seiko and Citizen watches so large. I thought nips were more smaller framed?

While I don't work in jewelery, I tend to feed complaining people bullshit stories, like "yeah, it's real exclusive, Maserati's people have taken the watch themselves to study this unique problem and are extending their most sincere apologies as they're making new parts by hand here's a $10 gift certificate real sorry about all this massah"
Just let the guy feel like he matters, and not like he's a dipshit who bought a fashion watch shitter.

Is there any other brands that depreciate as much and as quickly as Oris?

Ive never actually seen an Oris in person nor have I ever seen any shop that stocks them so I have no idea what their quality is actually like but most reviews seem to be positive.

The brand depreciation meme annoys me in that even though the value of a watch depreciates, you can almost never find the watches for what they are worth since the sellers sit in denial trying to continue to sell them for what they aren't worth. I've had my eye on a number of watches that have just sat there for months and months not bought and relisted. It's like motherfucker list it for what its actually worth and look how fast it will sell.

I dunno if this is all original specimen but this is the kind of thing you can find in zenmarket auctions.

If you really are interested in going vintage auction route, read as much as you can, come to us if you have questions. I would particularly reccomend you read up on what a redial is and how to spot it - Redials are highly undesirable and kill the value of the watch

I have a collection of various genuine and replica watches. I’ve always been a huge watch nerd and I buy what I can afford, which tends to be up to the low 5 figures. Now if I want an AP or something crazy but don’t/can’t put the amount of money into it, I’ll just buy a good replica because it satisfies my want for the watch.. at a much much lower price. I get to have all of my unattainable dream watches basically.

But I don’t give a fuck about status symbols etc, many many forum members do and I would argue that most buy fakes for the flex

I used to think this until I bought a shitty F91-w on a whim. Whenever I didn't have it on me I felt naked and really annoyed when I had to go through the process of getting my phone out of my pocket and putting it back in just to check the time. You never realize how nice it is to just glance at your wrist for the time until you start wearing a watch regularly.

Who still happens to be retarded enough to think a real Rolex is fake. Sorry you spent all your time in circlejerks over details that you couldn't even harness properly in your evaluation of a real watch because you'd rather feed your obsession to go "DURR FAKE BECAUSE ATTITUDE AND POP PSYCHOLOGY".

No its fake because the background on the day indicator is the incorrect color and the “swiss made” at 6’oclock is formatted incorrectly for the model yours is trying to replicate (it should be “swiss” and “made” on either side of 6 o’clock).
