Depends on what kind of look you're going for. Hoodies for something more casual, field coats or Norfolk jackets could be used for something more dressed up or down (something more akin to English countryside or straight terrorwave), or a rain proof jacket for a techwear look.
Of course the color of said boots matter, if black then I prefer to stick to shades of black, grey, and white, and if you're wearing brown or tan boots, then blues, browns, and greens will work the best, in my opinion.
