You've got horrible split ends and your hair is uneven. Unfortunately with long hair it needs to be maintained, and yours is thin and broken. If you want to continue growing it out and have it look good, you'll have to start over and regularly get a trim every couple of months. I know this because my hair has the same texture, and I grew it out to shoulder length without maintaining it.
