True but sometimes I don’t have the time to run six miles b/c of uni so I usually just jump rope after weights to get a good cardio workout in. It develops your cardio fast and it’s a great tool to get faster and more athletic. I think it burns the most calories too in the least of amount of time so I stand by it.
