I've saw >pic related jacket on instagram and fell in love with it, but I am sceptical about ordering it from some random fake site. Probably will get some cheap chinese jacket. Where could I buy something like this online but from certified store? Also, what the most /fa coat/jacket for cold winters?

I'm between these two jackets. One is a Belstaff wax cotton Racemaster. The other is Allsaints and is lamb leather. I'm not so concerned on the brands -- I'm trying to decide which style I want for a light fall/winter jacket.

The water resistance of wax cotton is a big plus, but I like the look of leather jackets more overall.

Looks cheap n fake n like a Halloween costume. Dude probably paid top retail dollar for it tho, lel. Wear that thing for a few weeks and actually wear it in, neglect the leather for a few months, maybe then it will start to look like it has some character and a spine. Until then dude just looks like the Pillsbury Dough Boy.

Nowhere did I say that runway items are the only thing that matters. You've posted an out of context garment not being worn by anyone. Yes it looks nice, what are you trying to illustrate? That it's objectively better than a piece of clothing designed by a Japanese designer? I really can't discuss something like this with you if your response is just to post an image with no context and not add anything aside from 'cry more'.

The poster I initially replied hasn't justified any of what he said. His argument for why Kapital is bad is 'Ian Connor wore it therefore it's bad'. Your argument for why Wtaps is bad is because they draw inspiration from milsurp, while conveniently ignoring the cultural impact that WWII and the subsequent military occupation of Japan had on the nation.

He also is grouping different lines together under a single brand name. For example. Issey Miyake is more than just pleats; Issey Miyake Men shows an excellent midground between graphic prints or patterns and tailoring.

How effective would a pea coat be in winter freezing weather? I'm in Nebraska and all I have is a bomber jacket from CK that does a fantastic job in keeping me toasty in windy 40F but I don't know how its gonna do when it gets to -5F with hella wind.

>Post what you think constitutes good fashion then. I'll wait.
This was literally the gauntlet, this was literally what I was responding to. I deny the premise of modern fashion entirely-- I don't care about retailers and fashion houses, and designers. Show off your adroit knowledge of irrelevant shit to your heart's content, at the end of the day all you know is how to get ripped off, from where, and for "what". i.e. graphic prints, &etc.

P.s.
>You've posted an out of context garment not being worn by anyone
lel an anachronistic and extant fashion is still a fashion. What, do you need a picture of Kanye wearing it before you take it seriously? Retard.

Pic related is the sort of one of the fall/winter coats I run. Cost me >$100, looks trendy enough to not stand out, keeps me plenty warm, fits me well, and I can dress it up or down. It's authentic-- cheap, does everything I need it to do. Looks good enough while doing it. Forgive me for not acting like a woman, spending valuable time researching where I can buy the highest quality fur coat to wear with no knickers.

G1 schott guy here, got it today but there's some fucking loose grain in the left arm and on a section on the armpit. Plus I'm on the fence about it being too short on my 6'4 frame. Luckily it's free returns. Why can't stuff just be good instead of being shit like 99% of the time I spend good money on this crap it should be as close to perfecg as possible also not even made in usa fuckin made in korea

Layering, wear a vest under a coat. That way if you feel warm, you can take the coat off but not get cold afterwards
