2. What the hell is going on with your eyes? Why are they so red in the corners? Are you wearing ill fitting contacts or something? Contacts can make you look cuter but get measured properly
3. Dye your hair back to its natural color. The blond looks awful and trashy. or get a proper hairstylist to put in some lowlights to make it look more natural/get rid of your roots.
4. The makeup is awful. Foundation seems okay but what the fuck is going on with your eyes and mouth? Your eyebrows look completely drawn on, as well as contrast way too much with your hair. They can be half the current thickness and look much better. The eyeshadow (or lashes?) whatever you're wearing is way too dark in the corners of your eyes. Also, blue is generally a bad idea for your entire lid(cool colors in general will make you look clownish or dead if you don't know what you're doing). Try some bronzy colors with darker browns toward the outside, as well as curling your lashes. Undereye shadow/ mascara or pencil liner will make your eyes look much bigger and feminine. Maybe add some warm pinks/peaches toward the center of your lid too? The lip color is HORRIBLE. Even biological women can rarely pull something like that off. Go for a more subtle peach/pink(as well as blush in a similar shade), and smile normally instead of trying to make your lips puff out like that. Get fillers or a limp plumping lip gloss if you hate them that much, but right now you look like a rat. NYX Filler Instinct is really good for puffing them up, and will make matte lipstick look a lot softer and prettier too.
5. Literally can't even see your clothes in this photo but from what I can see, they're pretty cute/casual. I would worry more about how your makeup makes it seem like you're trying to copy what you THINK a woman should like like rather than just making yourself more beautiful. Pic related is a bit uncanny valley/shitty photoshop but you get my points

Ah, the surgery actually explains a lot. Hopefully the swelling goes down quickly. Good to hear about the blonde but I still recommend getting some lowlights rather than having a solid color all around, no matter the color it'll help it look a lot more soft and pretty imo, kinda like a balayage effect. Also, the biggest mistake I see with trans fashion is people trying to be very ostentatious and made up, where in reality very subtle "visible" makeup (neutral eyeshadow, nude/peach lipstick, subtle eyeliner etc) combined with substantial use of "invisible" makeup (concealer, foundation, strong contouring, gloss) works really well.

Your shoulders are already very broad, and a coat in that cut will make it look broader. If that's what you're going for, that's fine, but I highly suggest going for pieces with the shoulder seam a little lower. I have broader shoulders than most and I stick to this cut (Dolmans, drop shoulders, etc) to make them seem more slight and feminine. Clip in extensions or getting a straight up wig. Make sure both are human hair. Stay away from synthetic you might think you’re saving money but they will only last 2 months of consistent wear and it will very obviously look fake. (Unless you get a dark color like black)

Other than that you can get hair salon extensions like micro, tape, or sewin extensions which last like 2-4 months but in the end it’s not worth it. For the amount of money they would charge you could buy a top of the line human hair wig that would last you 2 years, same with clip in extensions.

You’ll have to research into which ones would work with your budget and life style.

Examples: if you live in a hot environment and want to have long hair ALWAYS when you walk out a wig might not be for you since you’ll sweat under it.
