depends on how you “measure” it. usa probably has the highest highs but also the lowest lows of any first world country with regards to fashion (and honestly a lot of other things as well). just see nyc and your local walmart respectively to get what i’m talking about. i’d say somewhere like seoul is also vastly less varied, but the average person is pretty well composed.

USA is mostly hypebeast trash as far fashion goes. Although I did see an Asian dude wearing an Undercover t-shirt at my mall a few days ago, which is surprising because I've literally seen nobody else wearing UC outside of Japan.

Hit Harajuku in Japan sometime and you'll clearly see that Japan is the most /fa/ nation.
