can kind of confirm. Just outside of Harrisburg, PA here (not *really* midwest, but still mostly flyover BS). I think we only recently got a brick and mortar H&M, like in the last year or three. Currently, most 16-20somethings are still rocking things like shitty Rue21 biker jeans, athleisure at large, and shitty b-grade jordans. The city itself is mostly boomers and state workers who also don't dress very well. Truly one of the least /fa/ places to live. At least I'm within an hour or two of Philly.
