Like where? I checked EU, UK, Denmark and USA law yesterday and its not a crime to possess one. It IS a crime to sell them. And it might get seized at customs and destroyed. But you can always plausibly deniably say you got scammed when you bought it off ebay. It might be illegal to possess many fakes as they can argue you have intent to sell.
