this is the big red flag. every time I tried this in the past, I invariably failed sooner or later. maybe you'll be different, but the statistics are definitely on my side on this. you need to replace "the fastest way" with "the method I can stick to for the rest of my life". unless you plan on fasting intermittently for the rest of your life, or cutting out all sources of carbs for the rest of your life, or doing anything else as bonkers as that, then stay away from radical changes. leave the radical changes to autists.

all things in moderation is the key. count your calories and learn to feel the difference between eating "until you're full" and eating "until you're no longer hungry". no one needs to eat until they're full. listen to your body when it tells you it's fine and learn to walk away from a meal without having to feel "full". develop healthier habits over time as you train yourself to enjoy foods differently, and don't be afraid to use "crutches" in the meantime like diet sodas if they help ween you off of something as horrible as full-calorie soft drinks (I still drink diet pepsi to this day, naysayers be damned).

if you do this right, you won't ever feel like you're depriving yourself of anything. weight loss in the past always felt like such a sacrifice for me, which is why I always ended up falling off the path and gaining all the weight back. right now, I can't even tell you what I'm even sacrificing, I eat whatever the fuck I want and I lose weight lol. these days I just wish I had a time machine to go back to my 12-year-old self and show him how easy it could be. so many years of my life were wasted being obese.

This, im a former fatass myself, now I'm low-normal bmi. kept about 100 lbs off for a long time now. The biggest difference is that i generally eat really simple home cooked meals when I'm not in school and dont snack much. I eat whatever I want in the end but my normal home meals are some basic shit like rice, veggies and grilled or baked meat for dinner or oatmeal and fruit for breakfast and then I might have one or two unhealthy meals a week. When I'm in school I do get a take out lunch but there's a place with decent healthy salads a block away from my college so I normally go there. Observe and emulate the habits of normal weight people you know. Chances are they watch what they're eating, within reason, but don't obsess over it. You'll almost never meet a normal weight person who has a billion hard and fast rules about eating like every fatass on a diet seems to think is necessary. Once the weight is off you don't need to worry or watch yourself so much as long as you keep having a fairly moderate and reasonable diet, when youre actively losing you have to pay more attention to calories.

Breakfast- 15 Calorie Gummy Multi Vitamin

Lunch- 210 Calorie Wrap (140 Flour Tortilla, 60 calories Turkey ham, 10 calories of lettuce)

Dinner- Varies, but I limit myself to 775 calories at most to cap out at 1000 calories. I usually eat less.

I run ~3.3 miles daily though and that burns ~350 Cal.

Seriously guys, does anyone actually want to be this skinny?
I hate being so thin. I've tried to gain weight all my teenage years but anti depressants made my appetite even smaller. I was just gaining a lot too and then I had a seizure last month and the meds they put me on for that made me have no appetite. I'm embarrassed to even wear a dress or skirt.

I've lost 57 lbs since November through diet, exercise, and spite. Thanks for the supportive friends in previous threads as well as the fucks that called me a fatty uggo. Now I'm only moderately fat (can't do much about being uggo tho).

Posted this on /fit/ and didn't get much. I'm 5'8" at 165 lbs - lightest I think I've been for well over a decade. About two years back I started on my journey at 245 pounds. Diets great, lift 4 times a week on average and I have a physical job where I'm moving around a lot. My body still looks like shit to me as I've got a good amount of flab around my midsection which might be both loose skin and fat. Not to mention, I'm riddled with stretch marks in that area as well as all along my biceps. What can I do to look better? I'm proud of how far I've come but I still hate myself deeply. BF tested via those magnetic machine things where you hold the handles is about 15 and calipers were closer to 18. I don't look horrible I have a broad muscle-chub build but I hate the chub part.

Keep dieting and exercising to lose the rest of the fat. I've never had to deal with a drastic los of weight like you, but I suppose some of it may just be the excess skin. If after dropping to like 145 you dont feel like you're getting what you want, try building muscle mass to fill in the skin. If there's still too much skin surgery might be your last option.

Dont worry about the stretch marks, just fucking own it. By the sounds of your age you're either married by now or others who happen to see you naked would likely be mature enough understand or consider them admirable.
