I've been complimented about my face before, but most people tell me my eyes are too small and that they appear tired and uninvolved, is there any way to mitigate this effect or at least draw attention away from it?

I've got face, frame and height all going for me, if a bit plain. I'd wear nice clothes regardless because I like how they look. I don't dress for anyone except myself. If we're talking about sex appeal, the way I dress is a big turnoff to most plainclothes people where I live. I'd fit in better in London but fuck living there.
