Seiko 5 SNK809

A stylish timepiece with the convenience of automatic movement. A uniquely designed, black dial features white Arabic numbers marking the hours on an inner circle and the minutes on an outer circle, while small, bar indexes encircle the dial on an outside minute track.

Silver-tone hands with luminous fill make it easy to tell time day or night, and the slim second hand is detailed with a red accent. For added convenience, a day and date display are set at three o'clock.

The polished stainless steel case extends to meet the black nylon strap, which wraps comfortably around the wrist and fastens with a traditional buckle. Water resistant to 30 feet (100 meters), this high-performance watch is perfect for everyday wear.

Seiko Caliber 7S26 automatic movement with about 40 hours of power reserve. Scratch resistant hardlex crystal.

Orient Bambino

The 2nd Generation Bambino Version 2 builds upon what the original started. The dial features a light, metallic sunburst that's offset by polished hour markers and dauphine hands. A date window sits at the three o'clock marker, and a track of seconds markers worked its way around the edge of the dial. Most importantly, the Bambino has been upgraded with the F6724 in-house movement which is automatic, hand-winding, and hacking. Also featuring up to 50m water resistance

Getting one of these, always wanted one for years just never got around to finding a decent condition cheap one, though I have no doubt the Soviet movement will be shit. What would be a good 24h movement to look for to replace it? I obviously would prefer a mechanical one but I'll settle for quartz if I have to, atleast it'll be accurate then, though I really would prefer a sweeping second hand.
