I wanted a Seiko SNK809 because its supposed to be a safe bet, but the cheapest its going for on Amazon is $140 when it normally goes for $80. I don't want to get ripped off, so I figured if I was going to put that kind of money down I would get something worth the money. I ended up looking into the Tisell Pilot. Its really pretty but because its a more obscure brand I fear that I might get memed. Should I wait for the SNK809 price to drop, pull the trigger on the Tisell Pilot, or check out another brand?

After looking around I see there are some interesting pieces so what I want to do now is go to a few of them without looking to buy anything, juts to get a feel for the auctions and if I can low ball something I'll try.
