I'd probably just wear them with the same sort of shit you'd wear something like docs with. I guess you could try tucking your pants into them if you reckon you can pull that off. I have a similar pair I tuck slim black cargo pants into and it looks pretty good IMO. Just remember the one-two max military items, so the top should be nice and casual, like a tshirt.
Other than that I think maybe just some kinda ankle length trousers could work, might let you dress them up a bit.

I think it depends on a. the look you're going for: tucked in looks quite edgy but that's not always bad. and b. the fit of the pants, i'd say slim suits tucked much more where regular probably looks better untucked.

Brand is Henleys, got them from a store called Glue, no idea if that exists outside of Australia or not.
Workwear stores around here sell similar stuff surprisingly cheap too though. To be honest most stores sell these kinda pants here, they've been very popular the last few years.
I think mine are these but in black, 'Henleys Eagle Pants'.
