I would say you need a little bit more contrast with shirts and pants. These colors blend a little bit too much. the only color that you can really pull off all together would be black or anything else if it is a suit. your face looks okay but you kind of look like a onions, maybe try a little bit of exercise or facial hair. maybe a cooler hairstyle and different glasses that are less liberal looking. glasses can change a look completely

All grey is bland. Switch it up a bit!

Also, if you're wearing a shirt, make sure it's:
a) free of wrinkles. No one likes a wrinkly shirt- it makes you look unprofessional
b) roll up your sleeves just to the middle of your forearm. Girls find it really attractive to see a guy's strong, slightly veiny, forearms from under a shirt. It makes you look manly.

Oh and dress in colours that reflect what you want others to see in you.
Blue -> trust, reliability
Red -> lust, spontaneousity
etc. etc., go do some research on fashion colour theory.

oh and those glasses make you look gay btw.
