It's a dive watch. There's the inner rotating bezel which you use to time dives, just like a regular dive watch except it's rotated by turning the upper crown.

It's not super water resistant and kind of gimmicky, I just liked how it felt on the wrist.

Did you take any pics from further away so the perspective is less warped?

You must have really "round" wrists because the Speedmaster Professional Man on The Motherfucking Moon doesn't have a very big lug to lug length yet it's overhanging your wrists. Maybe it would fit better on a fabric or leather strap though as it'll remove about 2-4mm of the end link.
