I've been a hermit for almost 5 years, my 'fashion' has been whatever basic shit I have in my closet from high school, need to get a job soon. I realized how much I've changed, look like death right now. How do I unfuck myself? I don't have a cultural sense of the world since around 2015 so fashion knowledge is nonexistent right now. Losing weight is not actually hard. Just cut out the processed/refined shit from your diet, and quit eating sugar. Do cardio, feels great afterwards also. Gym membership is a bonus, won't end up skinnyfat. Increased muscle mass also burns calories, so you can eat more. Take this from me, who just lost 20kg in 3 months. Wish you luck in your journey!

I’ve been getting mired at work for my new haircut. Been exercising and running more. Doesn’t show yet, but I feel much better. Recently graduated and my dad hooked me up with some nice shirts and clothes to wear to an interview and at my future first real job. Truly blessed
