When it was still just Heuer, they produced some truly excellent, historic chronos.
Now, they produce mall-tier dogshit with off-the-shelf ETA movements. It's the "nice" watch for people who don't know shit about watches and can't afford a Rolex.
Their "in-house" movements are cased in absurd-looking designs derivative of Hublot Big Bangs, but minus any of the HBB's sense of fun. Hublot knows it's a clown watch, TAG Heuer takes itself too seriously.

Waitlists that don't really exist, no chance of a discount, and some bizarre new business model by AD's where they only sell you a stainless steel sport model if you've spent X amount of money with them already. The last part was something that was told to me by two different AD reps.
